Ringmule is operated by ESTORE TOYS LLC. We provide an SMS-based order management platform for cottage food sellers. Our contact email is timjeffcoat@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

• Your mobile phone number when you text our number or register as a seller
• Order content you send via SMS (item names, quantities, pickup dates)
• Seller business information (name, business handle, state)
• Payment records you manually log in the app

3. How We Use Your Information

• To route your text messages to the correct seller
• To parse and record your food orders
• To send you order confirmations and seller replies via SMS
• To allow sellers to manage their orders and customers

4. SMS Messaging

By texting our number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your food orders. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. We do not send marketing or promotional messages without explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your phone number and order content only with the seller you are ordering from, for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages and Anthropic's Claude API to parse order text — both are bound by their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

Order records are retained as long as your seller account is active. You may request deletion of your data by emailing timjeffcoat@gmail.com.
