Ringmule is an SMS-based ordering service operated by ESTORE TOYS LLC that connects buyers with local cottage food sellers. The program lets buyers place food orders by texting our toll-free number (844) 821-6381. You will receive order confirmations, seller replies, and pickup reminders related to orders you initiate.
Buyers opt in by visiting a seller's Ringmule page (for example, ringmule.com/order/bakername), reviewing the consent disclosure, checking the "I agree" box, and tapping "Text to Order." This action opens your messaging app pre-filled with START <SELLER> — sending that message is your explicit opt-in. Consent is stored with a timestamp. No one is enrolled without completing this flow.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. A typical order generates 1–5 messages (confirmation, pickup reminder, seller replies). You will only receive messages related to orders you have placed or sellers you have contacted. Ringmule does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Ringmule does not charge you for messages; your carrier's standard SMS/MMS rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After you send one of these keywords we will send you one confirmation message, then no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin later, simply start a new order with the seller.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others.
We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data, consent records, or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with the seller you are ordering from, for the purpose of fulfilling your order. See our full Privacy Policy.
Sellers register at ringmule.com/login by entering their mobile number, which is verified via a one-time SMS code (Twilio Verify). Sellers receive SMS notifications related to their own orders.
