1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ringmule — whether as a seller accessing the dashboard or a buyer placing orders via SMS — you agree to these Terms of Service. Ringmule is operated by ESTORE TOYS LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Ringmule is an SMS-based order management platform for cottage food sellers. Sellers use the web dashboard to manage orders, customers, and products. Buyers place orders by texting the seller's shared phone number. Ringmule is a tool only — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable cottage food laws in your state
• You are responsible for accurately fulfilling orders placed through the platform
• You must not use Ringmule to send unsolicited or spam messages
• You must honor all STOP requests immediately and unconditionally
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• You agree to receive SMS messages related to your food orders when you text our number
• You are responsible for providing accurate order information
• You must be 18 years or older to use this service

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By texting (844) 821-6381, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. For full opt-in details see our SMS Opt-In page.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using Ringmule to send fraudulent, harassing, or illegal messages
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
• Using the service for any purpose other than legitimate food order management

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Ringmule is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ESTORE TOYS LLC is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, failed orders, or SMS delivery failures outside our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
