Take food orders by text

Ringmule is an SMS-based ordering service operated by ESTORE TOYS LLC that connects buyers with local cottage food sellers (home bakers, tamale makers, jam makers, and similar). Buyers place orders by texting our toll-free number (844) 821-6381 — no app and no account required. Sellers manage incoming orders on a real-time web dashboard.

How it works

  1. A buyer visits a seller's Ringmule page (for example, ringmule.com/order/bakername), reviews the SMS consent disclosure, checks the "I agree" box, and taps "Text to Order."
  2. That opens the buyer's messaging app pre-filled with their first message to (844) 821-6381 — sending it is the buyer's explicit opt-in.
  3. Claude AI parses each text into a structured order (item, quantity, pickup date) and it appears live on the seller's dashboard.
  4. The buyer receives order confirmations, seller replies, and pickup reminders for orders they placed.

SMS messaging & consent

Buyers opt in themselves by initiating a text to the seller they choose; no one is enrolled without completing the opt-in flow. All messages are transactional only — order confirmations, seller replies, and pickup reminders related to orders you placed. Ringmule does not send marketing or promotional messages. A typical order generates 1–5 messages.

  • Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
