What happens when the buyer consents

  1. The buyer ticks the consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Until then, the “Text to Order” button stays disabled.
  2. On tap, Ringmule stores a timestamped consent record (seller handle, IP address, user agent, time) for audit.
  3. The buyer's SMS app opens pre-filled to text Ringmule's toll-free number (844) 821-6381. Sending that text is the buyer's explicit opt-in.
  4. No buyer is messaged unless they complete this flow, or they text us first — in which case our first reply carries the STOP/HELP and rate disclosure.

All messages are transactional and buyer-initiated. No marketing or promotional messages are sent. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
